has the right idea. I've been wanting to do something like this for a long time, so I'm finally going to just do it!


I'm going to try to post a good news story here at least once a week. It might be from local, national, world news, or it may just be something that happened to me. Ya never know. But one thing is for SURE, it will be GOOD news. We ALL need good news, now more than ever. The world seems to be going to pot, so little things like this really count. Here goes:

For my first entry, I'm going to start on a personal level, and I'll try to keep things short and sweet. Nobody likes long journals. XD

My real name is Brenda. My home is in America on the East Coast, but I care not to go into any more detail than that. I'm sure everyone understands. I am more-than-happily married to Jack. We have 2 dogs, Sammy and Bonnie, both rottweilers and 2 black cats, O'Malley and Poppy. We're a happy little family. I work at an IMAX theater in an aquarium as a projectionist. It's a fabulous job! Life in general is pretty darn good, so that's why I'm posting so much personal information. I want to share with any of you who might care in the slightest bit.

Also, I'm currently back in college earning my degree in Graphic Design:Multimedia. I'm currently taking an animation class as part of my curriculum and I feel that I have truly found my calling in that field. I've always wanted to be a Disney animator, but life sort of changed. I joined the Navy for 4 years and got married. I have no regrets about ANY of that, but I still long for my dream career. We'll see what happens.

Anyways, I don't want to bore you all for much longer, so I'll end this for now. Next time I'll post something that is in the news. Take care, all of you, and don't forget: When things are looking their worst or you are troubled by something, just repeat this single phrase. "THIS TOO, SHALL PASS" It always helps me get through tough times.
